About Us

The Polynesian Resort has been part of the Ocean Shores coastline since the town’s early days as a planned beach destination in the 1960s and ’70s, when developers transformed the peninsula into a coastal getaway community. As one of the original oceanfront resorts in the area, the “Poly” quickly became a hub for visitors looking for easy beach access and classic Washington coast views.

Today, the Polynesian has evolved from a traditional resort into a collection of individually owned condos, each with its own personality and style. No two units are exactly alike, but all offer a comfortable place to unwind by the ocean. Now under new management as of April 2026, the Polynesian Resort is entering its next chapter with a fresh approach while staying true to what’s always made it special.
